Preferences>Applications>Content Type: Portable Document Format (PDF) ... Action: Use Preview (default) OR Action: Preview in Firefox OR Action: Always Ask

Same result: Dialog box which says: "You have chosen to open (filename) ... Which is: (file type) ... From: (URL) Would you like to save this file?" Options are Save File OR Cancel. There is no way to actually open the file without saving it first. I do not want to save the file.
