Try uninstalling it first. Then restart the computer and download a new setup file from mozilla website and try avoiding downloading from other websites. Install the file and if the problem continues, let me know.

Yeah I did reset but because nothing changed I used the old data folder to put them all back in.

And I followed exactly that post to do it before.

Uninstalling likely isn't going to help. Try a new profile, Profile Manager - Create, remove, or switch Firefox profiles

If you prefer to uninstall the firefox remember to remove all the entries from Registry.

Don't remove registry entries as basukumar suggests, the registry isn't to be trifled with, and there is no need to when reinstalling Firefox anyway.

basukumar, please check your Private messages.

Making a new profile seemed to work... for around 4 seconds, then it went back to the line of foxes.

Here's the new screenshot: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7zV9FUtT5SkV2xfRi1RTEUtQVU/edit?usp=sharing

After you created your new profile, between the time that you didn't see the problem and did, did you change anything even in the slightest?

Do you see this issue on any other pages?

I swear I didn't touch anything, I was happily looking at the screen because it seemed to work but then all of a sudden the same bug came back.

Only the home page seems to be affected everything else in Firefox works like it should, it's not such a big problem but it's kind of annoying.

Alright, I've got a few more suggestions, but honestly this is something I've never seen before:

Update your Graphics Driver, Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL

Update Windows

Scan for Malware Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

and finally, try a complete reinstall,

  1. Download the latest Desktop version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org and save the setup file to your computer.
  2. After the download finishes, close all Firefox windows (click Exit from the Firefox or File menu).
  3. Delete the Firefox installation folder, which is located in one of these locations, by default:
    • Windows:
      • C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox
      • C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox
    • Mac: Delete Firefox from the Applications folder.
    • Linux: If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it - see Install Firefox on Linux. If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder firefox in your home directory.
  4. Now, go ahead and reinstall Firefox:
    1. Double-click the downloaded installation file and go through the steps of the installation wizard.
    2. Once the wizard is finished, choose to directly open Firefox after clicking the Finish button.

If none of these work you may want to just consider changing your home page, How to set the home page
