I cannot send mass mail to my contacts either on CC or BCC. Just reloaded my computer. Pls advise how this problem could be solved.
Hv just finished reformatting my computer. OS is win 7.0. Hv reinstalled Firefox n Chrome. I tried to send mail to many of my friends telling them that I was online again n ready to receive mail. When I clicked on CC n clicked on the appropriate folder, it did not respond, hence I could not send mail to the relevant group.
All this was possible, before I reformatted.
Pls advise, where I've made a mistake. I've uninstalled both the programs couple of times, but no happiness.

I assume this problem is on a webmail site (e.g., Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) and not in an email client such as Thunderbird.
If what you are looking for usually popped up in a separate window, you might try disabling Firefox's pop-up blocker here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content
If you restored previous settings or add-ons, you may want to try Firefox's Safe Mode, a standard diagnostic tool to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings). More info: Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode.
You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)
Any difference?
