firefox在特定输入法状态下崩溃
除了微软拼音以外的全体输入法 包括但不限于 搜狗拼音 QQpinyin 百度拼音 只要任何时候处于该输入法下就会崩溃

That is a Microsoft error report and doesn't help for Firefox crashes.
If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more crash reports that have this format:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

sorry...but firefox crashes with the microsoft app crash sign not the crash handler by firefox,so firefox cannot provide me with any crash reports
Did you try Firefox Safe mode?
- Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
tried but still crashes also reset/reinstall tried beta also tried
Are you using the Kingsoft PC Doctor (kdump.exe)?
