Hi:

Can you please help me attach a file in Gmail? This doesn't work in Firefox or Firefox in safe mode, but it does work in Internet Explorer.

Steps to reproduce: 1. Click "Attach a file." 2. Click the file. 3. Click Open.

Actual results: The file is not attached.

Expected results: The file is attached.

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Try reading the article Websites look wrong or appear differently than they should. work through all the steps there, and let's see if they don't help. Also make sure that you have all Windows Updates, and also try updating your graphics card driver (Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL has help on how to do that).

If it still doesn't work, try to create a new profile, Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles. It won't have any of your information in it (don't worry, it's all still there) but it gives us a chance to check if this happens in default Firefox. If it works in the new profile, we can migrate your information from your old profile to your new on by reading Recovering important data from an old profile
