Hi,

Sorry you are having trouble finding Speed Dial. After you have it installed, you can swipe left and tap the new tab icon at the bottom of the sidebar. With the default Speed Dial settings, you should see Speed Dial appear in the new tab.

To configure the Speed Dial add-on settings, swipe left and tap the gear at the bottom of the sidebar, then tap the puzzle-piece icon to see your add-ons and tap Speed Dial Options button to change the settings.
