can't remove ask toolbar in any fashion and as a result cannot use Firefox properly
I am a middle aged guy with moderate computer skills and have always used Firefox but earlier today every time I went to use it I got a useless toolbar called "ask". i don't like it and want to get rid of it but have tried all the possible solutions on the net - have uninstalled it in my control panel, but it is still in My internet explorer and Firefox. Can you help me here please. Thanks - Rod
