I want to have the bookmarks icon (picture of book with star) available to me all the time. Whenever I open Firefox, it's gone from between the Stop and Home icons where I dragged it from the customize menu last session. What is going on?!

Hi schultzk,

You should take a look at the article Preferences not saved. There is probably a problem with pref.js. This article will show you how to fix it.
