Telstra told me I can slow down the speed of uploads that occurs when Im downloading information. They said there is a setting on my computer where I can adjust this speed. Tried looking everywhere and cant find it. Telstra makes more money out of customers who upload by mistake while downloading and may not wish this feature to be switched off. Need support to resolve this problem as no support from Telstra.
