I am filling out an online application form (at http://www.arizonamedicalmarijuanaclinic.com/certification/echosign/new-patient/) requesting my medical records to be sent from my primary care physician to the AZ Medical Marihuana Certification Center. At the end of the form I am asked to "eSign," and there is the instruction to "draw my signature" in a box provided. Clicking in the box does nothing, and I can find no "drawing" tools available. What should I do?
