I have a dual monitor set-up on Windows 7. When I have Firefox maximized on the left monitor (my primary one), the right edge of the window bleeds onto the left monitor, and I can see the drop shadow effect on top of windows I have open on the right.

The drop shadow effect sits about 8 pixels too far to the right of the maximized Firefox window.

It's not as severe if Aero is off, but even then, there's still a noticeable drop-shadow on the far left edge of the windows open in the right monitor.
