incredimail has firefox locked up

I installed the incredimail software,i then uninstalled it in the control panel add and remove programs,i then restarted firefox and the incredimail still showes up on the toolbar,but not anywhere else on the computer,i ran an uninstall program and uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox but incredimail is still on the toolbar,and firefox will not respone to any commands.
