Mapquest maps display with a vertical bar that is roughly 25% of the width of the map screen that shows as loading (gray color that never loads) or a different part of the map overlayed on this 25%. The location of the 25% is at different locations (vertically) and moves randomly left to right or whenever the zoom is changed. This also occurs when the street map is presented or the aerial map is displayed. This does not occur when the same map is displayed in Internet Explorer 8.0.
