After Updating to Firefox 4.0, many of my regularly visited websites now load very slowly or Firefox stops responding and does finish loading the website.
Typically, the splash page will lode partially but as soon as it starts to transfer data from ad related sites (ie doubleclick) , Firefox seems to stop working and when I when I try to close the site, I get a FireFox - Program is Not Responding message. I tell the computer to End Program and it takes 3-4 minutes for Firefox to close> When I then reopen Firefox, I get a message saying (This is Embarrasing_ we couldn't find some of your tabs. Firefox then offers me the option of restoring the previous session or starting a new one.
