I have an account with Commission Junction. On the account page there are pop-ups to click on for "training" "what's new" "contact us" and "help" I click on them and nothing happens. I have enabled the pop-up blocker. It works fine on IE, but I'd much rather use firefox. Is there a certain plug in that might not be updated, or something in the registry? I'm not much of a computer genius so any bit of help is appreciated. Thank you very much!!!!

See this - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Pop-up+blocker
You need to allow pop-ups for the domains where you want to see the pop-up windows.

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it very much! I have disabled the pop-up blocker, didn't work. Re-abled (is that a word?HA!!) it and allowed the site as an exception and that didn't work either. It does work on IE however, so I'm quite confused ***scratching head*** Thanks again!

I was thanking you for responding, but it's not solved. I still can not click on the pop-up and have it pop-up. Nothing happens. I've tried ctrl and clicking and all it does it bring up the exact same page, no pop-up. I've disabled the pop-ups that doesn't work. I've added the site as an exception to allow pop-up from that site and that does not work. I'm perplexed to say the least....Help :(

Make sure you don't have another pop-up blocker installed, like maybe as part of a security suite or anti-virus application.

I had the same issue. For me it was related to Firebug. Once I disabled Firebug everything started working again.

Thanks, Tim
