Currently Firefox mobile is only being developed for certain Android phones and teh Maemo OS used by some Nokia phones. They were at one point developing a version for Windows mobile but this was abandoned, for details see http://blog.pavlov.net/2010/03/22/stopping-development-for-windows-mobile/
