Right click the Menu Bar, and untick the Menu bar option. The Firefox button will be activated. Click the Firefox button, click the arrow next to "Options" and select Toolbar Layout. Scroll down till you find Feedback button. Drag it to your toolbars. Done!!!
Under Toolbar Layout-->Customize Toolbar Window there is no feedback button to be found

Check if you have the TestPilot add-on installed. Go to Tools > Addons > Extensions. The add-on displays its name as Feedback 1.0.4 or something similar. If you do not see the add-on, you can install it from here.
Test Pilot Add-On is already installed version is 1.0.3 But no feedback button appears
After Restarting the machine the Feedback button appeard! Thanks for all of your help!
To Make the Feedback Button appear 1 Install Test Pilot
* Add-On Manager(Crtl+Shift+A) 2 Install Test Pilot
3 Restart the Machine
