My son has set up my computer to accept and reject various web sites. He may have somehow partially blocked this site as well as others. I can't find out what has been done or how to unblock or allow me to use the site to order stamps, etc.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
