I keep getting a message that the sync key code is wrong which is not right in that I am copying it off the Firefox notice that gave me the key code. What do I do to correct this problem?

What exactly were you trying to do?
I downloaded the Firefox home app on my Ipad and set up the sync on my desktop. I went to activate the app which asks for the key sync code which Firefox gave me but when I enter it I get a message that the code is wrong which is strange given I copied it off of the Firefox message
Have you asked Apple support about that?
no but I will,. Right now I am going to turn off the IPad and try again later. Thanks for your input/help
One has to wonder how many threads about this problem it will before someone actually acknowledges this bug.... Like the other people who have posted about this, I've tried repeatedly to reset the key in Firefox sync, restarted Firefox home, restarted my iphone, gone as far as creating a brand new Sync account etc. etc. and nothing works. Even when I paste a brand new key direct from the Firefox Sync setup panel into the Firefox Home setup screen on my iphone (I sent it over by email), I get the same blasted message: Login Failure Sync Key Incorrect.
