After a recent Firefox update, I lost all my Bookmarks and recent sites visited. Also, I am unable to Bookmark any page now.

After a recent Firefox update, all the Bookmarks I had saved, disappeared. Also, I am unable to scroll down to see the sites I had already visited and saved. Now, when I go to a page I would like to Bookmark, I am unable to do so. I will click on Bookmark This Page but it does not work.
