some web sites initially open, then quickly disappear to a light tan blank screen; if the site has audio, the audio can be heard, but video is only tan blank screen.
A long time IE user, I have just started using Firefox. On many sites - mostly news - while they initially load, within a few seconds, while I am reading the copy, the site disappears, replaced by a tan, blank screen. The top of the screen remains, with the URL line still showing the name of the missing site, and I can close it out, but that's it - where the site should be is just a plain tan screen. The webmd site listed below is just the most recent place it happened -- not on their home page but at a detail page.
