Ff3.6.4 doesn't load HootSuite 5 correctly
HootSuite 5 only loads the top bar (owl, compose message box, account info) and, directly below it, my user name and 'log out'. The rest of the page is a big white blank. This unfortunately only happens in my primary (personal) user account - in my secondary (business) user account, it works just fine - all my tabs and columns appear. There are differences in the Firefox configuration in the two accounts, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what could be the problem configuration setting. Any suggestions on what might be the trick setting greatly appreciated. Should I just create a new personal user account and start over again?
FWIW, the Firefox configuration may well date back to a previous computer running XP (I moved it over to a new computer running Vista last summer) and recently upgraded to Windows 7 but did not do a clean install.

A couple of key points I forgot to mention: I have gone through the FF pages don't load correctly checklist, and I have cleared the cache and cookies, all to no avail.
To make it even more annoying, HootSuite does load correctly when I use the IETab Plus extension.

hootsuite on my pc also only loads top bar and rest of screen is blank white.
Some setting from some old add-in is undoubtedly the culprit, but I have no clue what it could have been. After going through the about:config I realised there was a bunch of stuff in there from add-ins I no longer used and it was probably time to start over, so I ended up uninstalling Firefox, removing my old profile, and doing a clean install with a new profile. I moved the old profile to an external hard drive so I was able to copy the files containing my passwords to the new profile, and I had backed up my bookmarks before I uninstalled, so it was relatively easy to get back up and running - and HootSuite5 now works as it's supposed to.
Thanks Judy. I COMPLETELY uninstalled firefox and re-installed and hootsuite worked like you said. Thank you!
I ran into the same problem around the same time. I wonder if Hootsuite or the latest Firefox caused the issue? But is there any way to correct this problem without doing s complete uninstall/reinstall of Firefox? I'm using Firefox on a Macbook and have so many add-ons, etc, I really don't want to have to go through the whole thing. Just hoping someone might have found the culprit.
Please, have a look at about:config and search for dom.storage.enabled being sure that is set to true.
