I was adding my husb as a user with no passwords ever , except for certain programs we are both disabled. I restarted the computer and in the next session I unzipped a folder attempted to re-zip it would not allow me to do so. I shut the system down for the night the day I was missing. My email is the only thing I use in live and I cannot access it. If there is anything you can do I would sincerely appreciate.
