missing navigation bar and arrows etc
Hi - I have posted on this before - many thanks for all who replied. Unfortunately nothing helped. Alt/VTM no help and Alt doesn't bring up the menu even temp. Can't get get Firefox to run in safe mode to try the more drastic reset all settings - I suspect because I can't get the top left "exit" to come up. All I get if restart after I close it normally is Google!

Try this:
- Ctrl-alt-del to bring up your Task Manager.
- Under tab Processes, kill all firefox.exe processes.
- Under menu Files, Run... and therein start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
That should hopefully get you running and enable you to reset it and get the elements visible again.
