What the hell has happened to the support environment? I've tried to resolve two big issues recently, and I can't find anything of value. I've lost the ability to pin an extension to the toolbar after losing my entire profile on this computer, tabs and all, using Tab Manager. I can't find a way to recover the profile, so I've given up on that. Now I can't get my most-used extensions back on the toolbar.
