On my previous computer, where can I find the browser history/bookmarks on the old hdd?

I recently purchased a new desktop due to the previous desktop malfunctioning a bit. The old hdd is still in operating condition and is now a slave in my new cpu. Where can I find the history/bookmarks on the old drive? Is there a filename that is relevant for the data?
