Technical Problem With Firefox Browser & MarketSurge Stock Data Retrieval

I subscribe to MarketSurge, a stock data platform. It has run reliably on Firefox until last week. When I enter a stock symbol it brings up this error, and does not give the requested stock data from the MarketSurge live data platform. "[Autosuggest API Error] Failed to load info for symbol 'TTMI' ".

Has anyone seen that error before? Does it suggest a conflict within Firefox?

I have tried many things to troubleshoot and find the cause within Firefox, its settings and variations, and with Win 10. Nothing resolved. However, executing the Marketsurge platform in Chrome does not have a problem.

Background & Details: 1) Win 10 pc. with current updates. Firefox browser with current updates. 2)Firefox cache, history, and browsing deleted. Standard protection setting off. 3)Vpn off.

I would be deeply grateful for any insights re:Firefox that might be causing this problem, which did not exist prior to last week.

Thank you very much.

Hey there, have you tried disabling all your extensions and see if the problem remains?

Thank you for your suggestion. I had disabled the most obvious extension, without any benefit. Given your suggestion, I worked on 4 extensions to find the combination that may be creating a conflict. It turned out to be just one extension: NoScript.

This issue is new. NoScript was not a problem previously with this site, which is MarketSurge.com. I ran a Blacklight scan of MarketSurge. It returned scan results showing 32 ad trackers and 36 third-party cookies were found when visiting the site. The software was recently redesigned, which probably added some elements that conflicted with NoScript. Within NoScript, I marked all of the items it found to be SAFE. That did not solve the problem. NoScript had to be disabled to return MarketSurge to normal.

Problem resolved thanks to Konstantina. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
