I cannot send from an Office365 account but can get mail
I cannot send from an Office365 account but can get mail - it simply says 'sending' but nothing happens.
I am using Owl (paid subscription) for my Office365 account.
I also have another email that is a simple IMAP account and that works beautifully!

We got it working - we deleted the old SMTP server we added before we integrated Owl :-)

Hello there
Looking at owl You might look at your account. Refresh or follow other instructions such as updates. Look for update data for the add on. Restart thunderbird after that.

Looking at the certificates? Yes, the Smtp server could block services like owl or others. Especially if certificates as Tls 1,2 or higher are not included on that system. Keep on fixing the root causes.
