If you're comfortable with windows file explorer, it's easy - exit thunderbird on old computer - copy two files: abook.sqlite and history.sqlite from within profile - on new computer, with thunderbird not running, paste the two into profile, overwriting the default.

to find active profile, click help>troubleshootinginformation, scroll to 'profile folder', click 'open folder', and then exit thunderbird. that places you into the profile.
