images on inbox mail In Thunderbird
email address; [edited]@btopenworld.com
Dear Sirs' Happy New Year I have a problem that I have had no luck in resolving via the Thunderbird Help option. My problem is that recently I have been unable to receive any images on all my mail which I receive within my Inbox. I have chcked the mail within Thunderbirds Server (ie BT), and all the images do appear on all the mail at this source. I would be most grateful if you could please help me in this matter. Kindest regards, Brin Benger

Two tips: - click settings>privacy&security to verify that you allow remote content - click view>message body as and verify that you have it set to original HTML (if menu bar not visible, press alt key first)
This is not exactly a reply, but a request for help re the same problem:
I tried the most recent suggestion that was offered to another person with the same issue that I have as of today, but nothing I've read has helped me yet.
I have never had this problem before with Thunderbird, and I much prefer using Thunderbird than my iMac's Mail, but at least that one still shows me images. So this does seem based in my Thunderbird server, and I already, and have always, had 'allow remote content' (but I did just try that bit of advice in case it accidentally was triggered to turn off, which it wasn't)
I just restarted my computer in case that would help, but still no positive results. It is really a pain to have to keep clicking on each of my multitude of emails to actually view what is being discussed beyond the title. Any other advice that could be offered would be greatly appreciated.1 Thanks!
