I apparently did something wrong when it asked about profiles and now I lost all the data . I don't know what I did wrong but I have a brain injury and I'm very tech challenged , now I've lost passwords and everything I had been working on in the windows . Maybe I had two different accounts with 2 different emails and put the wrong one in? I'm so confused! I need my old profile that I was using. I'm using a different browser to send this . I can't even get into the Mozilla browser now.
