When writing a new email, is it possible to enclose another email? If yes, how does it work?

Save the message to be enclosed as an .eml file. Then attach that file to the new message.

Messages can also be added by drag and drop from the message list to the new message window.

You could also forward a message as an attachment by using the Message menu or right clicking on the message that you want to attach.
