How do you check your spam filter? Emails from a certain sender do not arrive in your inbox or end up in your spam folder..
If the account is IMAP, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., and subscribe the Spam/Bulk/Junk folder.
If messages are mistakenly sent to Spam, whitelist the sender in webmail settings:
