Hi Shandd, syncing issues can be tricky. If you’re getting redirected to email support, it usually means Firefox couldn’t automatically resolve the problem. A few things to try: make sure both your computer and phone are running the latest Firefox version, check that you’re signed into the same Firefox account on both devices, and try disconnecting and reconnecting the devices in the Firefox Sync settings. That often fixes most sync errors without needing to email support.
