I tried to add a new account with PROTON mail and it didn't accept it. Can it be done? Is there a problem? The goal is to have 2 accounts and not just one. Can you fix it?

Do you have a paid account with Proton and the Proton Bridge software that is provided to paying customers installed on your system, Thunderbird can not do anything with Proton without the bridge software installed and correctly configured.
