Firefox for Android does not have a bookmarks toolbar in the same way as its desktop. When you want to access a bookmark, you would:

Tap the three-dot menu.

Select Bookmarks.

Access your bookmarks from the list that appears.

Firefox on a tablet is designed to be more a list-based, mobile-friendly experience rather than a direct port of the desktop UI.
