Tools | Account Settings | + New Account | Mail Account

That fires up a Wizard that will prompt you for the basic information. It queries its own database of known email hosts and will probably be able to fill in the necessary (IMAP/POP and SMTP) server settings. It would be best if you come armed with that information, just in case you need it.
