Proper Menubar ?
I am a disabled person trying to set up Proper Menubar in chrome and Edge to use like you do in Firefox in the link here https://www.stefanvd.net/support/how-to-display-bookmarks-proper-menubar/#bookmarks-in-proper-menubar I am not getting how direction work Example do you set it up in Firefox to if so can not find this Next, click the
“Allow” button to make your web browser bookmarks visible in the Proper Menubar. Firefox Open in your Firefox web browser this page: about:addons Then search for “Proper Menubar”, and click on the tab “Permissions” Next, in this panel enable the toggle switch for “Read and modify bookmarks”

If you want to install an extension in Chrome or Edge, you need to install it from their respective extension sites. You can't install into Chrome or Edge from the Mozilla Add-ons site (or from Firefox).
Also, by the way, you can enable the classic top menu bar in Firefox: Restore the Menu bar in Firefox. I think it's a bit different than the one created by the extension.
