Hello,

we use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Forms and found out that there is an issue regarding lookup fields in Firefox.

When we use autofill and, for example, the lookup field “Country” is filled with the value “SE” because the country stored in Firefox is Sweden, the value remains in the field even though it does not match the values in the field. This is not the case with Edge and Chrome. I have already contacted Microsoft Support, and they said that this is a Firefox-specific problem and not a Dynamics 365 Marketing problem.

How can this problem be fixed?
