I have been needing to change my business email from POP to IMAP. Seems pretty straight forward with one exception. It states "Open the File > New > Existing account menu" but that isn't an option I am seeing on my Thunderbird. Windows 10, Thunderbird 140.1.1esr

First, disable the Account Hub in Settings/General (it's buggy), then add the account from ⇶ - New Account - Email.
