Youtube Full-screen Issue on Fold 5

When I used YouTube through the Firefox browser, sometimes the full screen goes actual full screen, sometimes it shrinks the video and outs it in the top 2/3s of the screen. I'm not sure what setting could be changed, or if this is a YouTube issue. Its a pretty massive difference, uploading 2 screenshots showing the difference.

I found that if I have my phone vertical then hit fullscreen, it displays correctly. If I turn my phone horizontal and then hit full-screen, it does the weird minimizing.
