Copy bookmarks from bookmarks manager to desktop

Firefox is the default browser on my Dell Inspiron laptop which runs Windows 11 Pro. I have several bookmarks in my bookmarks manager that I'd like to copy to my desktop; how do I do that?

By the way, if you meant copy several bookmarks from your laptop PC to a desktop PC, you could:

(A) Export your laptop bookmarks to an HTML file using these steps:

Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file to back up or transfer bookmarks

(B) Transfer the HTML file to your desktop PC, using a cloud storage folder, email, USB flash drive, or other method

(C) Open the HTML file in your desktop Firefox and file the section you want to add to your bookmarks: right-click > Bookmark Link... to add the listed bookmark from the page to your bookmarks
