Hi Lynda, is this a problem with the Microsoft Office Outlook 365 desktop application? The feature shown in the attached screenshot generates a file format incompatible with Firefox. Generally speaking, .mht or .mhtml files will work best in Microsoft Edge.

Thank you very much. I'm disappointed because I stick firmly with Firefox whenever I can. However, at least I know now how to use that feature. Many thanks.
