TELSTRA does not help with thunderbird emails

When I send emails they fail and a pop up message states that something went rong ..the server responded " this email does not exist "" EVEN when I send test emails to myself .. What is the contact help support for thunderbird here in AUSTRALIA

Thunderbird is only an agent, reporting back the messages from server. For possible suggestions, I encourage posting screenshot of your incoming account settings pane and the SMTP server settings pane for a start. Thank you.
