Change Tab Size and Scroll Speed

When opening several tabs they start to shrink down to the browser.tabs.tabMinWidth for which the default is too small for my sensibility. I've tried messing with it to make it more tolerable but what I really would like is to be able to set the tabs to not change size at all. I would like them to stay the default size. Of course let users have smaller tabs if they like, but let us not if we don't want it.

My second issue is when you have many tabs open and you scroll through them with the mouse wheel, it scrolls 6 tabs at a time per mouse wheel input. I would like it to do 1 tab per mouse wheel input just like if I was clicking on the arrows at the top to scroll through tabs. It just makes sense to stay consistent or to have an option in the config that controls tab scrolling.

These are things users used to have control over and were removed. Unless a setting in about:config was renamed to something weird and I'm just missing it, the settings that replaced these options are insufficient.
