List of sites in address window drop-down

How do I change the site addresses that come up when I click the address bar? Time was I got a list of sites that I use often, perhaps several time in a day. I still use those sites but some have been replaced by addresses that I've used once or twice and probably won't use again for months. Where's the sense behind identifying as a "favourite" something I use twice in a week but not again and throwing out something I use week in and week out. How do I get rid of these interlopers?

Did anyone tell you to delete your history file (just about all support staff at sites will tell you to)? That is probably what happened to your site list. You may be able to recover that if you have backup - do you? have you done a recent upgrade? That may have done it as well but that may be easily fixed as well. Post what has been done.
