Autofil does not work for "sign in or create account"
It seems that more and more websites are adopting a single button you have to click both for creating an account and to login with an existing account, as opposed to having 2 buttons, one to sign in with an existing account, one to sign up for a new account. For me, Firefox does not fill the login (email address, for example) automatically in those cases. Ironically, an example is https://accounts.firefox.com
To be clear, Firefox does remember and autocomplete my password, but not my login (the email address).
Is there any way to make it work? Thanks!

Sites that separate the login input are doing to stop spambot creating fake accounts. Did you verify your version AutoFill works? And as no one knows what sites your referring to or link of the site no one can know what your saying is showing or not showing.
Thanks. Autofill works for me in many cases, but specifically it does not work for websites that propose to "sign-in or sign-up" in the same input box.
I included a link to a site that does not work in my original post, but perhaps it does not work?
Here is an example of a site that works perfectly for me :
- Go to the main Google home page, click on the blue button in the top right to sign in, and autofill does work for me.
- Link (hoping it works!) : Google
Here is an example of a site that does not for me :
- Go to the main Mozilla support page, click on the white button in the top right saying "sign in/up", then click on "continue with a mozilla account", and you see an "enter your email" box. Autofill does not work for me there, even though I do have an account.
- Link (hoping it works!) : Firefox accounts
Thank you!
