I cannot access certain pages on my bank website. Seems like only one page and when I try, I get a messsage from their website saying something went wrong. I have discussed with their web people. They say they are able to access the page using their version of Firefox (they tell me it is 136.13 64 bit)

My version is 136.0.4 64 bit. How can they have a later version than me, when I update regularily?

I am able to access this page when I use Chrome, but I don't like Chrome.

Also, on another website with a Travel company, I am able to see all of their pages until I try a critical link to book a trip. It works in Chrome.

Did you try for Win, Edge or Chrome and Mac Safari and see what happens or any other issues happen?

Mark,

Yes as I stated, it works fine in Chrome.

I don't like Chrome. Google is evil. When I use Firefox, cookies are wiped clean when I close the browser. Chrome doesn't easily let you do this.

I use CCleaner after I use Chrome. CCleaner shows that just going to one website, Chrome will write over 400 files to your computer. Bad!

Also, Google is evil. When you go to a commercial website, they redirect to Google for Google adds. It slows down the response you get.

As an addendum, I could not get Firefox to work this morning on Petsmart.com. I don't know the cause of this, but Firefox should be more proactive about websites testing their files before releasing any updates.

By default installing of Firefox it will saves cookies and tracking unless the user changes the settings. We help users refrain from making opinions on other software or what it does or doesn't do. Redirects happen from websites not from Chrome browser. Firefox is a non-profit small group that makes the browser and doesn't have budgets or can allocate to do such things. If the sites doesn't what they do there's nothing Firefox browser can do about it. And since there no screenshot of the issue or what sites they are no one reading can understand what or how the issue is?
