After a a clean install of Firefox (It was a new windows installation BTW), I signed in with my Mozilla account to find out that my bookmarks and passwords are gone and I don't know why. - If there is any way of recovering my bookmarks I would appreciate your help to know it

FYI, Sync isn't a backup system. What you did was clear out any data that was on the sync server as the new data overwrote the data there. Sync is to sync between devices to sync server to another device-it's not intended to be used as backup system. There nothing anymore any user can do to help at this point.
