saving bookmark doesn't go into the selected folder/sub-folder

Wondering if anyone else ran into my problem with Firefox. I try to save a bookmark to the selected folder, and it doesn't show up. I have a folder called "Imported from IE", and a sub-folder called Shopping. Saving the bookmark doesn't show up in the folder/sub-folder. Shows up in Today.

Any ideas why?
